Member Phi Delta Phi, Honorary Fraternity. Assistant Editor, Corporate Council Review, 1989-1990. Admitted to practice in Texas (1991); U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas (1992) and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (1992)

Work Experience: Prior work experience in the Insurance, Healthcare & Oil & Gas industries (1984-1990), legal experience includes Associate, McLeod, Alexander, Powell & Apffel, Galveston, Texas (1991-1994); Associate, Berg & Androphy, Houston, Texas (1994-1995), Partner, Maxwell, Baker & McFatridge, (1995-2000).

Over the last five years, Mr. Dickson has seeded six telecommunications related companies; including C2C Fiber, Inc. Mr. Dickson was and is an active participant in executive management and a director on most boards. Collectively, the annual revenue for these companies in 1999 was in excess of 10 million dollars. Mr. Dickson is now part of the management team of C2C Fiber and in November closed a third round of equity funding at the 25 million dollar level. Mr. Dickson serves as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Dickson also has interests in the automobile industry and real state development.

David Copeland

Biography

David is the principal owner of Copeland Development & Construction Co., Inc., a full-service General Contracting Firm that specializes predominately in design / build commercial building projects. They currently perform work in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Arkansas.

David grew up working in a family-owned Commercial General Contracting and Development Company and has been involved in the construction and development industry all of his life. Upon graduating High School, David attended the University of Missouri at Columbia, MO and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology in August of 1983.

David has been married to his wife Kathy since 1987. They have two children, Joshua and Jessica who are both currently students at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.

David is a member of Cornerstone Church.

Jason Delgado

Biography

Jason is passionate about God, family and country. Born in a small town in South Texas to teenage parents, he was the first in his family to attend college. After graduating from the University of Texas, Jason began a career in sales and marketing, then professional services and management consulting. Today, Jason leads the sales and marketing organizations for Austin, Texas-based Buildfax.

BuildFax is the leading provider of property intelligence data, aggregated from building permits across the US, enabling investors, insurers, mortgage providers and secondary capital markets with property condition information previously unavailable anywhere.

Jason has been married to his fetching wife Rachel for twelve years and is Daddy to their four homeschooled children.

Todd Anderson is a financial advisory professional to companies nationwide.

Mr. Anderson previously held a variety of executive positions in the commercial banking industry responsible for developing and growing businesses in several industries.

Mr. Anderson is on the board of a closely held business that is a leader in the online real estate marketplace. In addition to his position on the Mission Generation board, he is on the board of a ministry organization creating a global men's movement and is actively involved in other ministry organizations focused on supporting Christians around the world.

Mr. Anderson lives in Southern California with his wife and two daughters.

William B. Mattingly

Bill Mattingly

Biography

Bill Mattingly is Founder and President of Mattingly Low Vision, Inc., a corporation dedicated to providing optical devices for the visually impaired. Mr. Mattingly has a Bachelor in Mathematics, Masters in Education, and is an ABO Master in Ophthalmic Optics. He lectures internationally on the subject of special optics.

When Bill is not working for his company, he is enthusiastically volunteering for Mission Generation for the redemption of souls through Jesus Christ and the Word of God. Bill prepared for ministry by earning B.Th. and D. Min. degrees.

Change Agents

The most exciting results of Mission Generation's school program of teaching children from a Biblical world view is that they are taking the message of Christ to their family and friends.

Mission Generation is a non-profit, Bible based character development program used in public and private schools (K-12) to bring students, teachers and parents to salvation and train them in the practical application of the Word of God.
